2.3 Scope Changes

Changes to the agreed-upon scope of work may incur additional costs.

3. Payments

3.1 Advance Payment

All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule.

3.2 Invoice Clearance

Invoices must be cleared within the specified time frame to avoid delays in project execution.

3.3 Non-Refundable

Payments for services are non-refundable, as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Ad Spend

4.1 Ad Management

Ad budgets are managed directly on behalf of clients on platforms like Facebook and Google.

4.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for funding the agreed ad budgets in addition to service fees.

4.3 Third-Party Liability

Rai Technology is not liable for platform-specific policies or issues related to ad account suspension or restrictions.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate information, access, and approvals required to execute campaigns effectively.

5.2 Communication

Timely communication is essential to avoid project delays.

5.3 Liability

Rai Technology is not responsible for results impacted by incomplete or inaccurate client inputs.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Confidential Information

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.

6.2 Data Protection

Rai Technology will not disclose client data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Liability Exclusion

Rai Technology will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7.2 No Guarantees

Results from digital marketing efforts depend on various factors, including market conditions and platform algorithms. While we strive for the best outcomes, no specific guarantees are made.

8. Termination

8.1 Notice Period

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 7 days.

8.2 Upon Termination

Upon termination, any work completed will be delivered, and pending payments must be cleared.

9. Governing Law

9.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
